License terms

Licensed to use, not to resell

Buy the app once and download it. Install it, run it, and build on it in as many projects as you like. What the license does not grant is the right to repackage it and sell it as your own product. The whole agreement is published here rather than hidden behind a checkout.

AmorphiaUI End User License Agreement

v1.0 draft · applies to Pattern Kit, Solo, Team, Agency · Enterprise adds the OEM addendum at clause 10

1.

Grant

On purchase you may download and install the application and use it perpetually to design, generate and ship interfaces of your own. The license is non-exclusive and non-transferable, and is limited to the user count of your tier.

2.

Licensed users

A licensed user is one named individual who may install and run the application on the devices they personally use. Licenses are reassignable when someone leaves, never shared concurrently.

Solo 1Team 10Agency unlimited within your organization
3.

Your output is yours

Interfaces, exports and code the application generates for you are yours outright, with no royalty, attribution or ongoing license owed to us. Ship them in unlimited commercial or internal products. Client deliverables are permitted at Team and above; the client receives your output, not a license to the application itself.

4.

Restrictions

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, lend or publish the application or any part of it; make it available to anyone who is not a licensed user, including over a network or as a hosted service; reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it except where that right cannot lawfully be excluded; work around its licensing or activation; remove license, copyright or attribution notices; or use it to build a product that competes with AmorphiaUI.

5.

Ownership

The application is licensed, not sold. We retain all right, title and interest in it, including every copy you install. Clause 3 governs what you own. No patent license is granted beyond what clause 1 requires.

6.

Updates

Every update within the current major version is included for the life of the license, downloaded the same way as the original install. A new major version may require a new license, offered to existing licensees at an upgrade price.

7.

No warranty, capped liability

Provided as is. Total liability is capped at the fees you paid.

8.

Term and termination

Perpetual unless you breach clause 3 or 4. On termination you stop using the application and remove every installed copy. Anything it generated for you before termination stays yours and may remain in production.

9.

Refunds

Refunds are available in limited circumstances. To discuss eligibility or request a refund, contact us at contactus@amorphiaui.com.

10.

Enterprise / OEM addendum

Unlimited internal users, the right to embed and redistribute the application within your own named products, a deployable build for environments that cannot install from our store, source escrow for continuity, response-time SLA, named support contact, and annual renewal for updates and support. Negotiated per deal.

Draft terms for discussion, not legal advice — have counsel review the EULA before it goes on a checkout page.

Questions

Before you buy

Is this a subscription?
No. Every tier below Enterprise is a one-time payment with lifetime updates inside the major version. A new major version may be offered to existing licensees at an upgrade price. Enterprise and OEM deals renew annually, because they carry an SLA and named support.
What exactly do I get — a repo or a zip?
A repository you can clone, with the generation engine, the assurance layer, the agent library, the five design-system style sheets and a documented environment configuration. The first release is designed to deploy in about ten minutes with your own model calls wired up.
Why is Solo $32 right now?
Reviews and testimonials are what convert source licenses, and we need them on the page before full price holds. The first 50 buyers get $32 and a visible reason to move now; after that it is $49 permanently. The full ladder is published above so nobody is guessing where it lands.
Can I use it for client work?
From the Team tier upward, yes. The Software has to ship as part of a larger application you build, and the client does not receive an independent right to the source. Solo covers unlimited projects of your own but not deliverables handed to a client.
Can I resell it as a template or a starter kit?
No. That is the one thing clause 4 exists to prevent, at every tier. Redistribution inside your own named product is what the Enterprise / OEM addendum is for.
Which models does it work with?
The generation and assurance layers are model-agnostic — you connect whichever model your product already uses. Nothing in the license ships tied to a particular provider.
Is there a free tier?
The design-systems library — patterns.css plus the five pattern files — is MIT licensed and free to use in anything, including commercial work. The generation engine and the assurance console are behind a paid license.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are available in limited circumstances. To discuss eligibility or request a refund, contact us at contactus@amorphiaui.com.
We need a security and data review. Who do we talk to?
Write to contactus@amorphiaui.com with the scope your review has to cover. Style guides are read in the browser and uploaded nowhere; for everything else in your environment we would rather answer specifically than generically.

Pick a tier, or tell us what you are building.

If the right tier is not obvious, describe the project in two lines and we will tell you which one fits — including when the answer is “not yet.”

Or email contactus@amorphiaui.com — we read every note.
